An investment of $5 million AUD of which $2 million AUD would be available to the Wollongong University or a university of your choice to gain engineering validity of my design and a prototype.

You receive 40 % of the company rights.

Once validation of the patent is is received an application for a $100 million grant from the government would be applied for.
